All orders are shipped through our trusted logistics partners FedEx, TNT, DHL and Liccardi. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Free shipping is available for orders over €100 in Italy, and over €150 in the rest of Europe, the United States, and Canada.
Please note: Certain remote areas, islands, or hard-to-reach locations may be excluded from the free shipping offer. In these instances, the correct shipping fee calculated by the carrier will be displayed directly at checkout.
As a general rule, orders placed by 12:00 pm (CET) are processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after this time, as well as orders received on weekends, public holidays or during peak periods, will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been carefully prepared and collected from CORETERNO Headquarters, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipment status. CORETERNO shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier operations, customs inspections, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
COUPON & DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be valid and cannot be applied retroactively. Unless expressly stated, discount codes are not cumulative and cannot be combined with other offers.
CORETERNO reserves the right to modify, limit or suspend discount codes at any time, including during promotional or sale periods.
SHIPPING PROMOTIONS DISCLAIMER
During promotional periods offering free shipping, CORETERNO reserves the right to exclude specific destinations, including but not limited to islands or remote areas. Eligible destinations will be clearly indicated in the promotional terms.
BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT
The 20% birthday discount cannot be applied to gold items. Our gold pieces are handcrafted and made individually, which limits the possibility of additional promotions. The discount remains valid for the rest of the Coreterno collection.
CUSTOM DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs displayed on the website and shall be borne exclusively by the customer, unless otherwise expressly stated.
Failure to pay customs charges or refusal of delivery may result in the return or abandonment of the shipment. In such cases, shipping costs and any additional expenses shall not be refundable.

RETURN POLICY
Returns may be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging. Opened or unsealed Eau de Parfum and bespoke 18k gold rings are excluded from the right of withdrawal and are not eligible for return or refund.
To initiate a return request, please contact [email protected] with “RETURN” in the subject line. Returns are subject to approval. The original order confirmation must be included in the package.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
